We went to another well known Lexus dealer close by this company and drove a similar car there and the salesperson was nowhere as knowledgeable about the resale vehicles as Vanessa. I cannot say enough good things about her ability to provide an experience in car buying that 99% of the time you will never experience. We have always dreaded car buying. As a matter of fact there are several times I made my husband go by himself because I hated the experience so much. Now we know where to go to get the car we are looking for at the price that is fair and honest with no pressure all the while providing YOU THE CUSTOMER with the best buying experience possible. Sam helped us finish up the transaction and again we were very pleased with the integrity and honesty of this company through the personal way that Sam dealt with our purchase. I say it is a company and not just a place to buy a car because this is one Auto Sales company that is unlike any dealership we have ever dealt with in Southern California. It is not a dealership and they are more like the best customer service you will ever get from a company that provides auto purchasing at the highest level.
