Had a great overall experience. Our salesman, J.P., was the reason we came back to buy, even if they wouldn't match the $500 under invoice that a bay area store was offering. We didn't trade in or finance, so they had little options to make money. We came in and wanted to look over the 08' Sienna. I was especially wanting to see if the power driver seat made a difference for my husband, and if I could move the "adjustable" 8th middle seat forward. The salesman wasn't a know it all, it took us 20 min of fiddling and sweating in the car to get it figured out. No pressure to buy, had a great conversation while waiting on the sales manager to match our deal. He didn't, we walked, and then decided at home that we liked the salesman so well, we would give him the commission over some bay area fleet manager (plus taking a 1/2 Saturday to go to the bay area + driving it home separately). We called and were able to finalize the price over the phone with the sales manager the next day. They brought the van over from another dealer, and we went in that evening to purchase it. No pressure from the finance guy to buy warranties, alarms, or scotchguard treatments. He offered, we said no thanks, end of story! I'd deal with this guy any day!
