When a potential customer is asking for online quotes, the dealer should understand that she is receiving quotes from multiple dealers. When your quote is more than $2,000 over the lowest quote she has received, you should just say that you can't beat that price. There is no need to be rude and push the customer to someone else. I will do that on my own after realizing that your quote is much higher than someone else's. I do not need your advice to go ahead a buy the car from another dealer. However, potential customers should take Bill's advice. Buy your cars elsewhere.
