Contacted South Bay Honda for the new car we wanted through Edmunds.com. Got the calls from Jennifer, their Internet Manager. Set up an appointment for test drive. We did not buy the car right away because we could not agree on the final price. However, they were willing to keep the negotiation open and we did go back 2 days later to drive the new car home. Jennifer was very helpful and easy to work with. She was the first to call us. In our car buying process, we did sit down with other sales people at other dealers in the Bay Area to negotiate and it was such a horrible experience. We were belittled and intimidated. That's why we went back to South Bay Honda for our purchase.
