We recently bought our 2014 Honda Odyssey EX from South Bay and were more than happy with our purchase. I had put in an inquiry through email and was contacted back by Jeniffer. After a few discussions I decided to walk in and met Roberto at store. Their staff was really courteous and gave me all the needed time. After a couple of further days of discussion I got a call from Jeniffer offering a real good price. We went in did the paper work, no bargaining nothing. It was a five star experience and had the cars in a few hours. There financial manager Mr. J. was more than helpful and guided us in the right way. Explaining benefits of all add ons and which ones we should consider and avoid. They gave us every bit of their attention and time and a wonderful buying experience. Even before when I had just dropped in and did not buy they were courteous unlike other dealers who look south moment they see they could not sell you the car that day. Overall I would highly recommend this place and special Jeniffer, Roberto and Mr. J. Pros: Straight forward and helpful. Ready to work with you if you have some patience and time. Hassle free buying experience. Knowledgable Financial department. We were contemplating on getting Lo-jack and Alarm, but they explained how they would kind of overlap on security and so makes more sense in getting one then both. Which was indeed nice of them. Other dealers never took pain to explain this side. Cons: We were told we could get Honda Care at a very discounted price. But after going home I found we could get it online from other dealers at a much cheaper price. Never the less when they were more than happy to cooperate and cancel that for us since they could not match the price. ( The price I got was from an out of state dealership) Since we are local, I guess we just got started and would now be visiting them often for maintenance and servicing. Looking forward for the experience.
