AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Toyota Venza from Piercey and had a lot of issues with regards to the way the dealer handled my transactions: 1. During my visit I had seen that there are some scratches just behind the door handles and the sales person had assured me that detailing will be done and these scratches will go of. The scratches were still there!!! I had to fight to get them removed:( 2. I had asked for some extra add ons on the car and the dealer did not tell me that I will have to come on a separate day to get them installed. A different Toyota showroom is just next door but I had to go 15 miles and waith for 3 hours to get those nstalled. Moreover one of th eitems was not in stock and for that I had to again go on a different day and wait for an hour 3. I called XM Radio for the satellite radio for the free 3 month subscription and I was surprised to hear that my radio was registered on a different persons name and the free subscription was activated earlier and is already used up! I fought with them and finally they activated the free subscription but for just one month. Its one month and my XM Radio has expired already whereas Toyota as a company has a deal which says 3 months free!!! Isnt this cheating and the dealer should do something? But the dealer is not that concerned and he is ready to reimburse me for two months if I plan to subscribe. I believe that teh dealer or in this case Toyota should get the 3 months free for me irrespective of whether I subscribe or not And above all this, the sales person tells me to give 5/5 rating during feedback survey else he may loose his job. What is the use of the survey if you ask someone to give 5/5 instead of letting the customer take his decision? Bottomline - AVOID PIERCEY TOYOTA!

The dealer has contacted me and has tried his best to resolve all the issues. It looks like its an issue with XM Radio and not with Toyota.
