I just bought my new RAV4 online today. There are some mistakes that sales person made due to the transaction need to be finished before July 9 for the factory rebate . However the salse person, Steve Fang, admit the mistake and correct it responsively. I and my wife both appreciate he informed us on time and work this out with his manager. We are happy to have him as a sales with character of integrity.
