I generally like this dealership very much, but I took my new 2013 Outback in for them to correct an oil leak and correct and alignment issue. They had the car for several days, and were good at follow up. But, after replacing a major component to fix the leak, and conducting a re-alignment, the leak is still there, and the alignment, per their report, still is not right. To be fair to them, this model Outback apparently has a rear suspension design issue which detracts from straight line stability, but I am hoping that a very tight alignment will make it acceptable.
