Livermore Subaru provided the absolute best buying experience I could ask for. It's very clear that these people value every single customer, and treat each customer like someone they truly want to help, not just as a commission opportunity. Wayne assisted my husband and me as we looked at cars and went on test drives, and he was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. I was already pretty sure that I wanted to buy an Outback, but I was also considering SUV's of two other makes. However, after an hour of chatting with Wayne about the Outback models and how well it would work for our family, I was absolutely convinced that the Outback was the car for us. The purchase process was equally easy (albeit a long process, but I think that's common with most new car purchases) and I left thoroughly impressed and happy with the entire process. To top it all off, Subaru has checked in with me several times to ensure that I'm loving my car and to find out if there's anything else I need from them.
