Went to the Livermore Auto Group because they happened to have the 2012 Ford Fusion SEL V6 in my price range as a certified pre-owned car, and in one of my preferred colors (Black). Salesperson was cordial, and since I knew exactly what car i was interested in we went straight to the test-drive. Salesperson knew most of the features of the vehicle, and was not intrusive on our test drive, only occasionally interjecting with comments about the vehicle. It was a busy day on the lot, so once I decided to purchase the vehicle there were some significant waits for doing all the paperwork, but perhaps that was unavoidable. I did get convinced to buy the extended bumper-to-bumper warrantee, but no regrets here for I am horrible at saving money for repairs/maintainence and this way it's all covered up to 100K miles. Walked away happy and none the less for wear emotionally, which is something i can't always say when going to a car dealership.
