This dealership has a poor reputation in the community. They are all about the first sale, and are not interested in maintaining a relationship with customers on an ongoing basis. On a personal front, their related dealerships in San Francisco, British Motors, have been notorious in misleading customers with respect to service. That is why they probably don't use the same name in Livermore. My personal experience is that they have lied about service. (Another dealer disagreed with what Jaguar Land Rover Livermore said was wrong with the intake system at one point and a mechanic said nothing was wrong with ignition system when the dealer said it was.) In another case they claimed something was not under warranty when it was. On the sales process, on the surface Teddy, their sales manager was pleasant, but we caught him in a variety of lies and inconsistencies. Don't go here.
