Bad Service

Pros:

Open Saturday

Cons:

Unprofessional, do not appreciate customers, lack of respect and communication.

I took my car in to get an oil change and key programmed.  Was treated unprofessionally.  I will not be returning to Power Volvo in Irvine under any circumstances.

Great Service Department

Pros:

Accommodating, superior customer service

Cons:

None

I called the Service Department at 7 a.m. and left Ken Stashik, Service Manager a message.  He returned my call in a very timely manner.

I ask him if my wife could bring in her 2001 Volvo C70 for an oil change and replace a brake light bulb.  He said "sure", what time would be convenient for you...
