Pros:
Advanced research easy, with no surprises.
Cons:
Not that close to my house (for servicing).

I like the no-haggle price set-up. The web comparison charts and customer followup were pretty seamless. Proper balance of followup without hounding. Pleasant sales person, knowledgeable.
