To my surprise, management contacted me to deal with my complaint directly. Although I had a poor initial experience and the people I dealt with during the purchase were rude. The manager was very professional and willing to work with me. I give credit to management and Alex in Internet Sales for good service.
Original Review - Stay Far Away .......Horrible Experience! These guys have the worst attitudes I have ever had to deal with.... with ANY business. They lie straight to your face. Then get angry at you when you catch them on their B.S. They added a 2500 warranty and a 1000 paint sealant to the purchase agreement without even asking me if I wanted them. Then gave me hell when I asked that they be removed. They only agreed to remove the Warranty but aggressively insisted that the Paint Sealant could not be removed because it had already been applied. They do this to all their customers. They even showed me a false Carfax for my trade-in trying to convince me that my trade-in had previous damage, in an effort to give me half of what it was really worth. I know it was false because I have a current and accurate Carfax report. I later called to speak with a manager and got nothing but the run-a-round. When I finally did get through to someone... he got down-right Irate and threatening with me. These people have no idea what customer Service is. I m shocked that they are still in business. If you dont believe me... just look at all the other negative reviews online.
