There's an old saying, "the customer is always right", certainly not always true. This service dept. is quick on the "defensive", not exactly good for return business.

dealer misdiagnosed issue, replaced a part that was not involved with my complaint, and gave me back the vehicle in the same condition without testing it first. It cost me a bunch of time and money, and I had to have it test driven and re-diagnosed all over again. I would not trust this dealer for a...
