I was looking for a family sedan and had done my research on Edmunds, so I was prepared to do battle with the dealer. I had already been to other dealers and walked away. I'm a AAA member, so I worked directly with Tom, the AAA agent. He showed me breakdowns of all the costs associated with the purchase as well as that of my trade-in. With my trade-in they let me know the trade-in price was based on KBB values, and I was able to compare what I was being offered with what I felt was the right price… They were pretty close. Before deciding on a payment I was shown my options, such as taking the customer cash back, or the low financing, and what the different monthly payments would be. I did not feel pressured and was pleased at how open the entire experience was. When it came to signing the papers and dealing with the financing “extras” I told finance person I didn’t want any and there was no pressure. I also worked with Felix, who was pleasant and open. What a refreshing experience this was compared to what I’ve had to deal with in the past! I’d recommend working with Tom and/or Felix if you decide on this dealership.
