I worked with Pierce and Vince and must say it was an usual and pleasant experience. I filled out an email form and was contacted by numerous dealerships. This dealership had the lowest price on a 2011 Genesis, but could not locate the specific color combination we were looking for, but neither could any other dealership. Pierce gave me a price on a 2012 gensis that was substantially lower than anyone else in the 75 mile radius. It was so much lower that I actually thought that when I arrived to do the paperwork that there would be a problem and they would not honor the price they quoted. That was not the case everything was priced exactly as quoted and there were no problems at all. As a side note, not only was their price point the lowest I encountered, their offer for my trade in was higher than the others. All discussions took place by telephone or e-mail and I only went to the dealership to sign paperwork and take delivery!!! Great experience.
