Joey Ledesma at Glendora Chevrolet is a true professional. I enjoyed working with him and Glendora Chevrolet for the purchase of my new truck. The vehicle I purchased was priced right and after the sale Joey has checked in with me to see how my new truck was working out. I truly appreciate his efforts and I only wish all sale people were as honest and truthful.

A complete waste of my time!

Glendora Chevrolet called me to schedule a recall service on my 2500HD truck and set up an appointment for me. When I showed up the they told me they couldn’t perform the service due to not having the parts. I couldn’t believe it! They wasted so much of my time and I lost a day of wages for not going to work all to be able to fix my truck. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles there, but won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Bad service

I’ve always have been taken my truck to the dealership since I bought it from them from tires to oil changes I had bought my previous set of tires from them I had specifically told them that I wanted the same set of tires that I had purchased from them before which were Michelin high mileage tires 70,000 I was told they had the same tires but in the paperwork they changed it to a lower mileage tires without informing me about 50,000 miles when I found out the told me that the tires I previously purchased was discontinued for the fact they didn’t inform me about it till the paperwork was filled and tried to sneak it by me made me very upset never had them do this before needless to say I had to pick up my truck which they misplaced they key and had to wait an hour and a half for them to inform me about that just very bad service this time and had to purchase the tires at another shop which had the high mileage tires that I wanted<br>

Silverado Tow issues

My experience has been horrible. The truck I bought is an absolute lemon and I couldn’t use the truck for first 2 months I owned it. Owning this truck has caused me several thousands of dollars not being able to use it. No course of action has been taken by GM or your dealership. Extremely dissatisfied with how this issue was handled.

Maybe to an Enemy

I came in for a diagnostic on Nov 22. i paid the 150 and picked up the car. I returned back on Dec 16 with the car and a part that they told me i needed, but then told me i had brought them the wrong park. Then they didn't have the part my car needed, and it was not available anywhere. and i had to wait. they did nothing to accommodate me. all they had were excuses as to why they couldn't help me on anything. i am a long time customer and had been loyal to this dealership. but they made me feel like i wasn't worth their time. i located the part they needed to repair my car and brought the par tin to them. that IS 2 times i had to go out of my way to find car parts. i shouldn't have had to do that. the dealership should handle that. so when the repair is FINALLY done, they try to charge me another $150 on top of the original quote. they tried to tell me it was because they had to use parts they didn't include in the original quote and that the person that had written the quote for me was no longer there. But i saw the person that gave me my quote from the very beginning the day before when i dropped off the part for them. ALL OF THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I hope to never go back to this dealership, and i will never recommend it to anyone. maybe an enemy of mine

a bad deal i would regret everyday

The agents and staffs are nice and friendly. Deal wise, I knew I had a better deal somewhere else. The next day, I felt like i was ripped off, considering I got a used car with a 1300+ mileage but was sold to us as NEW. Anything could have happened during the month that the car was with the previous owner. I know someone from DMV who ran a history of the car and I was informed that the car was indeed used. He also encouraged me to file a complaint so he can file an administrative violation against Glendora Chevrolet. Under Vehicle Code Section 665, a vehicle becomes used after it has been sold, registered with DMV, sold and used on the highways, etc. Also, the financing though. I have a good credit score which I thought would help to get a good deal but knowing that I will be paying $750 a month for a USED CAR with 1300+ mileage for 84 months with a $7000 down payment makes me feel like I got ripped off. I actually still owe a downpayment of $4000 because I only had $3000 then which the balance was due 11/11/18, they haven’t processed the check I gave them yet. I know the Camaro SS is really expensive but I can’t get over the fact that I got a wayy better deal on the first dealer that I went to which was the Penski Chevrolet and the staffs at Glendora knew about Penski when they checked my credit, but I was informed by them that I wouldnt be able to trade our old car at Penski, which was why we planned on getting a new car Camaro in the first place to get rid of my old car. I already got a trade in value at Penski beforehand so I got confused why Glendora agents told me that. At Penski, we got a deal of $750 a month, $6000 trade in value for the Mirage with only $3000 down payment for a BRAND NEW car. If only we went with Penski, we wouldnt have to worry about another $4000 downpayment. If I was not informed that Penski will not take our old car (which was misleading), I would not have pushed the deal with Glendora because of a HUGE DIFFERENCE. I could’ve gotten a brand new car with $3000 down payment, $750 for 6years with Penski instead of $7000 downpayment, $750 a month for 7 years. Like I said, I would not have pursue the deal with Glendora if I was not informed that Penski will not take my trade-in. The agent at Penski told me that there was no way they would not have taken my trade in car especially if I was already given a trade-in value. That is my honest thought and experience. Comparing my deal with Glendora with our previous deals with other dealership, I felt we were mislead and now we’re stuck with this deal and I regret doing it everyday.

Very Poor Service

The reason why I gave such a low rating to the Glendora Chevrolet dealership is due the level of service I received from one of their service consultants, Mr. Nivardo Salazar is the employee for whom I'm referring to, he was absolutely the most unprofessional, rude and arrogant person I've ever experienced while having my vehicle service at the Glendora dealership. He treated me as if I didn't know anything about my car and would not listen to anything I tried to tell him and then worst of all, after I told him my car had an extended warranty for electrical components under my VolTec warranty, he just blew me off and said with a smug smirk on his face that this was going to cost me to replace a defective battery cable, which he also tried to insinuate that I was the reason why the battery cable became defective in the first place, because I had the dead 12 volt battery replaced from a different auto place, rather then me paying him to have the battery replace from his service dept. He was taking joy in trying to charge me for something that I shouldn't of had to pay for in the first place. Also, as I was waiting in the service dept, I had witnessed Mr. Nivardo Salazar disrespecting other Chevy customers by bring rude and arrogant to them as well. My car was there in the service dept for over three weeks with no solution to the problem. The dealership did give me a loaner car for the first week and a half, then I get a text from Mr. Nivardo Salazar stating he was going to start charging me $25 a day while I had the loaner car until my vehicle was fixed, which at this point, there was no estimated time when that was going to be. This whole experience was very stressful for me, besides dealing with this smug, arrogant and unprofessional service consultant, this was my only vehicle that I have to drive to work with and had no idea how I was going to resolve this issue. It is just terrible how Mr. Nivardo Salazar treats the customers at the Glendora Chevrolet dealership and especially a long time Chevy customer, like myself, who has boughten several brand new cars from Chevy over the last 20 years.

High Performing Team

I had a great experience. Our salesman Josh was fantastic. Josh was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Mike was very fair and patient in the negotiation of my purchase and Cory in finance made the paperwork a breeze. The day after the purchase I went back because i noticed in the daylight that a portion of the dashboard was popped up out of place. Josh took me to Juan in service who did not make me schedule a service appointment but took the truck into a service bay and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. Glendora Chevrolet has a very high performing organization and team!

Ron is the bomb

Ron Thompson is awesome. Very straight forward and very up front. He was also very accommodating to my hectic schedule. There is a separate representative who negotiates pricing. I had previously told him that I needed a certain dollar amount per month in order to make this deal work. I also had discussed this with Ron before I even came in. The pricing rep gave me a first offer that was $150 more a month what I had discussed before. Frankly it was a bit upsetting to know they were even offering that price when I knew they were able to get so much lower. After reiterating what I had spoken about with Ron and the pricing we had agreed upon he came back with a much more reasonable offer and we were able to make a deal. Once again, Ron was great. I just wish he was in charge of the pricing negotiations as well.

Chevy Volt Purchase Review

Gabriel did and great job on follow up and getting back in the store for purchase. The experience overall was good and I bought a Volt. The two things that could have been improved were: 1) They did not explain the warranty. We finally agreed to an OTD price but the did not include or discuss any warranty. We I went to sit down with your finance guy, he just automatically added 3000 to the price without my understanding or approval. I felt that I had been duped a bit. 2) There is so many things to do after you buy a Volt: -Set up radio with codes and password -Apply for Costco rebate card - Apply for State and Federal tax credits -Call DMV for license plates and HOV sticker ETC, ETC. I think there should be some kind of recommended one page check list of things you need to do. after purchase

I was treated extremely well to my surprise. I've purchased 2 cars in my life and this 3rd was a charm. Chris Moreno was GREAT!! I can't say enough about his customer service. i would definately purchase another vehicle from him . Mike Roach(sales manager) & Leslie Johnston (finance ) we're just a great.I've never expierenced this buying a vehicle. I felt very welcome almost like family. Thank you very much! Held Hostage

Dorian in service was great. He was quick, informative and professional. His service was a 10. The cashier was also outstanding. After I paid, I waited 20 minutes for my truck to be brought up so I could leave. I actually had to go back in and ask the cashier to ask for my truck again. Even on a busy Saturday, it should not take that long for my truck to simply be brought up.

I found that my tire pressure had not been adjusted. Other than that everything was fine. A plastic end to the driver's seat belt had to be ordered because the original has been cracked.
