From start to finish, my purchase experience with Lithia Hyundai was positive and surprisingly fast. I used Edmund's to research the Hyundai Sonata, decide on model and price along with Edmund's TMV pricing. I submitted my selection for a dealer quote and in the morning got a call from Frank Adaz at Lithia Hyundai. Frank was extremely low-key and as expected asked us to come in, and of course we expected the high pressure sales tactics to begin but such was not the case. (I guess it helps that Hyundai vehicles generally sell themselves)
Frank showed us a beautiful Sonata SE with Nav, told us the price which STARTED below MSRP. Long story short our ending buy price was a bit below invoice. We also traded in a vehicle and I fully expected that process to be a hassle but to my surprise they made a decent offer and then went up!
Overall the dealership is spacious and clean, everyone polite, and they even have separate play/entertainment areas for those with small children (us) to keep the kids entertained. When time came to do the final mass of paperwork, that too went quickly and smoothly with no high-pressure tactics used to force us to buy anything we did not want..the finance person, Ash Desai was not simply polite and personable, but extremely well-informed, educated and knowledgeable which REALLY made things nice.
I would say that right now, Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is customer oriented and worth a look!
