We dealt with Kevin L. He did a very good job. While I was interested in a new car, I did not need one as my existing car was running well. They gave an offer that was higher than what was offered on-line by another KIA dealership. We got up to go away but they agreed to match the other offer. A manager tried to push us into a car with features we did not like and we got up to go away. Kevin saved the situation by matching the offer with the car. On my trade-in, they wanted to give me $1500 less than Blue Book FAIR. We got up to go away. This took two more managers and eventually Kevin got us the car we wanted, at the price offered by the other dealership with the Blue Book FAIR value (which was fair). Kevin was very good. Management was a bit like car dealers are often characterized as. I was glad that we did not need a car, I think that the negotiations would have been much more difficult. It probably helped that it was on teh Labor Day weekend.
