Recommend this dealer? No
I bought a new 2007 Sienna at this dealer. After driving a week, I found that the plastic cover on the steering wheel column don't fit well. There was a pretty gap between the covers. I thought that that was workmanship problem, so I took the minivan to the dealer service department. The guy serviced me was pretty nice, and he put a order for the part, and told me to wait for the parts. After a week, I received a letter from the dealer that said the part has arrived. So I took my minivan to the dealer. This time I was serviced by another guy, after a few hours, I was told that the one part still hadn't arrived, I would have to wait. No apology was offered I asked him whether I will receive a letter from dealer, he said yes. So half a year after I still haven't received the letter. I think that guy was just lying to me. My next experience confirmed that. I found that my sienna engine gives high pitch noise when I is driving above 70 mph. So I called the dealer to set up an appointment. The guy serviced me seemed nice. He asked me to leave the car there. So at the end of day, I went there to pick up my minivan. He told me that technician found that one tire had pressure 42 psi. I told me that I just checked the pressure last weekend, every tire had pressure between 34 - 35 psi. He said my gauge might be wrong. I was dubious, but I said I would go home and check my gauge. I went home, and checked, all the tires had about the same reading I had before. And I test-drove it, the noise is still the same. I am pretty sure they didn't test-drove at or above 70 mph as I have requested. I really can't trust the people in this dealership. One of the guys was nice and did get the work done. But the other two just lied and cheated. The is worst experience I have ever had.
