The worst experience within U.S.

I'm not a novice, had bought quite a few cars in the past, so I have seen a lot of things, but this... this was something! Here's the short version of a dialog we had up front: Sales person named Muhammed - which Prius you want to buy? Me - Prius 5 Mohammed - we only have Prius 3. Me - Can we drive it? We could order 5 from the factory. Mohammed - No, you cannot. Me - why? Mohammed - Because this one is not Prius 5. Me - can we try Prius 3? Mohammed - No. Me - Why? Mohammed - you are not buying, go home. We have other customers. Me - ?????!? Ok... Maybe you can you tell us why sunroof is not offered on Prius 5, but offered with others? What is the difference between Prius 3 and 5? Mohammed - no, I do not know. We do not do it this way - call Toyota and ask. From there I asked for the manager, who was not very happy to help us either, stating if we are not buying, we should respect sales person being a human and unwilling to spend his time with us. Eventually he allowed my wife to drive a Prius 3. Then we were left outside to wait in the cold rain for Mohammed. When he finally showed up, he would not let me sit in front for unknown reason, would not let my wife press any buttons (like to try an EV mode, etc.) and was _absolutely_ unable to answer any questions about the car itself. He kept saying we cannot go slower to try EV mode than 45 on the street (not a highway) because he was afraid we would get rear-ended (there was not a single car around, not in front, not in the back). On all my remarks Mohammed would simply say - "I do not care. We have others willing to buy this car". That sums it up. Save yourself some nerves - buy elsewhere.
