I went to the dealership on Cushing where they sell new and used toyotas ect..The lot is massive! This partly attributed to the long time it took the salesman to get they key that I needed to test drive a car- and I test drove several, so needless to say, I waited around alot. Once I did find a car that I liked and started to tak about price, there was alot of haggling between me, the saleman and the finance manager. Not feeling good about makinga puchase decision without talking to my spouse first, I told them that I would first have lunch and talk with my husband. If my husband agreed to there offer I'd come back and sign the paperwork. Not wanting me to leave the lot without making a sale, the sale's manager asked me "what would you need from us in order for you to not talk to your husband".-That really put a red flag up for me. During lunch I looked up the make and model that I was interested in and found out that I could have bought a brand new 2011 model for $1000 less than the 2010 model that had 15,00 miles on it!! Needless to say, I went down the street and bought a brand new car from another dealership. I won't do business under pressure or with shady sales people.
