Really Really bad experience while buying

Well I was almost about to buy the car from this dealership Saturday (06/20/2009) and then something nasty happened. We ( Me and his sales representative ) had already come on to a agreement about the price of the car and APR rate. Before I started for signing the paperwork at dealership office, I called them up and made sure that we have an agreement which both the parties agreed. When I reached there and about to sign the paperwork, suddenly my APR rate was increased by 1%. When I told this to finance guy, he said why dont you got to manager (Ray Howard) and discuss this with him. When I went to his office(I knocked and took his permission to get into his cubicle) and asked abt the matter he responded ( Believe me or not , I asked in the most polite way one could) " you know you are pissing me off ..we already reduced the price to 23K to you. you leave right now from my office ..I don't want to sell my car to you" . leave right now form my office .... Sir, I said you cant talk to me like that he says " Its my office and I am the manager, r u leaving or should I called my security" he just kept reacting may be 1% would not have made a big difference. But this has to be communicated in a right way and before hand. But during all the negotiations I was told of 3.9%. Infact, when I called them before starting from my house to sign the paperwork, I was told 3.9%. But When everything is ready then my APR was changed to 4.9% . I had every right to ask about it. not sure why he reacted in this way ... I had just asked a question .... I was stunned and felt really embarassed with Ray howard's behaviour..... I guess its not about the 1% or 2% its about how well you treat a customer ...Infact in this case, its abt how well you treat someone as an indivisual ... believe me I never said a harsh sentence during the conversation ..... he said " yesterday,I allowed you to sit you in my cube for 2hours and did teh negotiations, no-one sits in my cube" why would I go to his cube randomly ? he and his sales representative accompanied to his room for discussing the price. Just bcoz u r a manager at mercedes dealership, ...doesnt give u a right to make someone feel embarrased n inferer... overall a embarassing experiece ..wont recommend it, even going there .... .
