Had taken my car a little while ago to get a problem fixed. The driver window was not rolling up, They fixed it but they had broken internal structure (Power section of the windows on the driver side) to get to the glass and they did not even mention it and when I showed it he responds "Ooh!! sorry since it's a little older car we don't have parts and we thought you might just be fine with it". I have serviced my car only at Honda dealership and with this kind of response I was shocked. I was furious and when I demanded they fix it, The service person took down my contact # and just said, we will order the part and then call and so far it's been 2 months and there has been no call and when I call,It's just another excuse or the other and you cannot even talk about it because you have to keep repeating t so many times
