With 145 miles on the clock (no, that's not a typo) we brought our CR-V back in as the driver's seat was somewhat like sitting on a steel chair. Showed the service tech who agreed that it "wasn't right" and assured me that they could "deal with it." Four hours later we get a phone call stating that having discussed it with the service director, they felt that there was "nothing wrong" and that the car was "within spec." Rather than kick up a fuss we took it to a reputable auto upholsterer who found the problem (a support wire was misrouted) and fixed it. Despite getting a couple of callbacks initially, have heard nothing from them since the Honda of America survey was completed. Go figure. Will not return to this dealership.
