I walk in to Autowest Honda and we wait for half hour to get hold of somebody and then a sales guys shows up who has no interest whatsoever to help with the approach he took and ask us what we would like to shop for. I explained we are looking for Honda fit & Honda Pilot (Low-end (Car) & High-end (SUV) and if they work with us we can buy the cars cash down. So we started with Honda Fit to test drive, First the person makes us wait for another 20 minutes and comes back and says he could not find the key to test drive and right in front of us he is seeing that folks who came later are driving this car for a test drive and there is no response from this person but he just ignored and said letís move on. The other surprise was the sticker price which clearly showed close to $3000 markup and I ask him about that and he says don't even think of reducing a dime and you are just wasting our time if you cannot pay full MSRP+Markup!! This is for a gasoline car!! Wow I must have just woken up on the wrong side bed because all the papers news they talk about recession and here we are seeing prices marked up. Then we ask about Honda Pilot and he walks over to Pilot and says we do not have Gas and we can only see the Car. What kind of messed up dealership is this?
