While shopping for a new RDX i contacted multiple dealerships online and actually visited the one who provided the best offer. I was able to negotiate a pretty good deal with Acura Los Gatos but unfortunately the car I wanted was not available in stock so I wanted to shop around in the meantime and see if I can get a comparable deal for a car that is in stock. I contacted Acura of Fremont online and got the slowest respond a day later. The response came from Carol Wong which told me that the car is in stock and that I can come by. I emailed Carol back and when didn't receive a reply I called her later that afternoon. I told her about the deal I got and she asked me to email her the details of the deal and my trade-in information. She promised me she will get back to me within a couple of hours. That never happened. I emailed her again and at 11PM at night got a response that she was busy and she will respond back to me the following day. I did get an email the following day saying - we cannot give you the deal that you want. good luck. really???? is this how a dealership do business today? or maybe it is how Carol does business - not sure but in any case really horrible experience. I couldn't believe that I needed to run after my dealer to get a car, seems like they weren't interested in selling. Kina weird. Wouldn't recommend doing business with them - there are much nicer dealerships in the area. and I always suggest you deal with the smaller ones - believe it or not seems like you can get better deals!!!
