I have been buying cars at Folsom Lake Toyota for 20 years, even before they were in the current location. I have 3 dealerships closer but I have never gotten the personal attention at another dealer. Last week I called Toby and told him what I wanted. I asked how many were in stock and when I could meet with him. I had done my homework and within an hour we made a deal for a car that was on it's way in. As a female auto customer, I appreciate that I have always been treated with respect and without a condescending manner as though I didn't know what I wanted. Today I picked the car up, took care of the financing with Scott Berry and Customer Service Representative (should be called customer care professional) went over the car and introduced me to all the features, set up the blue tooth and gave me just the right amount of information. Enough to answer my questions but not so much that it was overwhelming. I am glad I returned to Folsom Lake Toyota; love the Toyota product; and look forward to going back the next time I need a car or truck. The forty mile drive is worth it to deal with people I know and that take care of me as a repeat customer.
