Kia Folsom Service has helped my 2007 Rio 5 hatchback door stay safe on the road since 2008 despite being totaled in 2016 Hwy 50 collision. That happened at same time as layoffs, and being able to replace this with my new 2019 Rio 5 has been a long time looked forward to. Sales made this vehicle available to compare against the Soul, and the whole process couldn't have been easier, and purchase fit well within my timeline/budget range. I really appreciate the clear communication with Steve and RC about my needs/wants and they provided perfect amount of contact by phone and email to keep our dates clear between us. O, and did I say yet how much I love my new car?!!!

I dealt with a salesman named Randy. I have bought more than my fair share of vehicles and am quite familiar with many dealerships, salesman, and the overall process. Randy went over the top to get me in the vehicle I wanted. He matched a very nice offer from a competitive dealership and worked hard to get me a great deal on my trade in. He definitely knows his inventory and is extremely versed on all the specifications of the vehicles. He was not pushy and after the sale, he was very thorough explaining the small details of the car I chose. Randy is the sort of representative that all dealerships should strive to employ. The dealership itself is clean and easily accessible, and I found the process very enjoyable! Thank you Randy and team.

After carefully researching what kind of car I wanted to buy while I was still in Hawaii and in the process of moving back to California, I requested information from every Kia dealership within 100 miles of my home in Penn Valley. Cesar was the only one that responded with actual dollar amounts about the car I wanted and was very friendly in his email. All the other dealers sent me emails saying they had tried to call me (impossible, I didn't include a phone #) and their approach was very pushy. Cesar is the only one I got in touch with because I liked the straight forward way he handled my request. We exchanged several emails and then phone calls, Cesar was helpful and informative, I liked him immediately. I made arrangements to come straight to your dealership after arriving in CA, even before I had gone to my house. When I started my email conversation with Cesar, you had 7 Alien green Souls on the lot, he said he would find the one that had the features I wanted and set it aside for me. When I pulled into the dealership, there was the cute little green Soul in front of the showroom, as promised. I found out later that all of the green Souls had sold within a couple of days after Cesar promised to put one aside. The one waiting for me had just arrived that morning and he snagged it for me. The car had everything I wanted and more - features I would have loved but couldn't really afford. Cesar worked with management to get me a discount on the convenience package so I could afford it, it was a great bonus! From the features on the car to the financing, Cesar worked with the rest of the staff to make sure I got everything I wanted in a timely fashion and with very little baloney. After the purchase was complete, Cesar took the time to walk me through operation of all of the car's features and even shifted my huge suitcases from my old car to the new one. I have purchased many cars over the years - even from dealerships owned by friends - and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! From the girl who answers the phone to the finance guy filling out paperwork, everyone was courteous, respectful and pleasant - Cesar was a star! Buying a car can be about as much fun as having a tooth pulled (high pressure tactics, evasive maneuvering, etc.) but not at Folsom Lake Kia, you actually made the experience fun.

I am not a fan of the normal process of purchasing a new vehicle, meaning having a sales person, who turns it over to someone to negotiate, who goes back and forth to the sales manager for approval, who turns it over to someone for finance, etc. I was really pleased that Stephen was able to handle the entire process of the negotiation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and when we left my wife stated that it was an pretty easy transaction, much better than others we have been involved with when purchasing a vehicle.

Shopped all around town and no one had the great service Randy did. He had a great energy about him, very knowledgeable, down to earth and trustworthy---- almost forgot he was a car salesman! =) He made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted. The buying process was quick and painless. Look forward to doing business with him again in the future.

We just bought our first (used) Kia from a friend and we took it to the Folsom dealership. We were greeted by Jason Craghead who is very helpful and friendly. We are very surprised and impressed with his attention and professionalism as we are not spending much on the service. As we didn't have a Kia before, we don't know much about the quality. But an excellent customer service we received from Jason will definitely bring us back to the Kia should we look for another vehicle down the road. We will also love to refer our friends and family members to check out the Folsom Kia.
