My experience with FLK was exceptional. I'm a cynic, and having bought several new cars in my life, have been through the gauntlet a time or two, and prepared to do it again. But it never happened. They readily gave me price quotes by email and didn't pressure me. The salesman Cesar, worked to find me exactly what I wanted. They didn't have the EXACT car and options that I wanted so he brought one in from Reno, without asking me to commit to anything first. The car he brought in had some additional options that I didn't want, and Cesar knew that. Guess what? I didn't pay for them, they were thrown in. I got my new Optima for well under sticker price, plus another $2500 in factory incentives. Never the slightest pressure. Even the finance office, which ALWAYS trys to sell the clear coat wax and rustproofing garbage, didn't do it at FLK. I kept waiting, and was ready for them, but it never came!
