Everything. From the moment we drove in and Sean Moore helped us make this easy again. We had previously taken our vehicle Elk Grove Ford and it was a nightmare. Ford Motor should look into their service department.

I think Tom C. is the BEST ever. I drive all the way from Citrus heights to come to the Folsom just because of Tom. I have been Roseville, awful and not honest, and the Ford on Madison in Sac, and Tom at Folsom Lake Ford is my all time favorite

You are right on time with your appointments, you supplied a rental car for overnight, you explain very well what you find wrong with the automobile, everyone is always very kind and courteous. My next purchase will be from Folsom Lake Ford.

I was able to have all three of my vehicles serviced n one day. Even though my third vehicle was not completed in time to have been given a ride back to the dealership to pick it up that same day. The service advisor had the shuttle to my home the next morning. Which I greatly appreciated.
