I am extremely displeased and disappointed with my car buying experience at Hyundai of Fairfield, CA. First of all, my initial contract was invalid due to the dealership not knowing its own programs. Now I am finding myself in a position where they are taking back portions of the incentives promised and giving me a difficult time about the contract. Customer service was horrendous as management does not want to stand by its commitments and has the audacity to yell at my 8+ month pregnant wife during the renegotiation period of the first contract. I believe this dealership is dishonest, shady, and unethical. They definitely have convinced me to never buy from them again. DO NOT GO THERE.
