Had the rare truck!

They had the truck that we were looking for. Raj Allazeh was our salesperson and he was amazing. He was knowledgeable and was very accommodating to our schedule. He made contact and made sure he answered all our questions and more… without pressure. We liked his style; friendly but not pushy. The finance staff were also great! The “negotiator” was patient with explaining details to us and clear with our options. The finance guy was friendly as well! He connected with us and not just print and sign papers. He does need a new office! It was the hottest part of the building!!!! Poor guy.

Got the job done

Overall experience was positive. The team answered all questions with professional courtesy. The transaction took a little longer than expected even though I think we were the only active buyers. The team don’t seem very happy working there - that’s unfortunate. The dealership is local and convenient but the office atmosphere makes it hard to recommend. Hopefully leadership can address this.

Never Fixed the Problems

Never fixed the problems, you get your truck back with more problems to fix. Had an 8:00 appointment, at 2:00 they said they would get to it the next day. We had to push them to look into it.

Great place for an oil change

Everyone was super nice and helpful, Danny immediately came to greet me as soon as I pulled up for my appointment, this was my first time bringing my vehicle for service at any Chevrolet and I will definitely be coming back for future service visits, I came in for an oil change and Danny made sure to help me with taking care of that, a tire rotation and carwash, Nico was nice and friendly as well and left my car sparkling clean, wait time was less than expected and the guy who helped me in parts was also very nice and friendly when answering my questions on vehicle accessories. Overall great visit , they made it worth it, I will be recommending to my friends and family and will make this the place to bring my car for future oil changes and service.

Quick easy & no pressure

When I want to make a purchase, not being pressured is my #1 priority! I knew what I wanted when I met w Randy & he was very helpful. He made us feel welcome & never pressured us yet provided a lot of information we needed. We will use Maita & Randy the next time we are in the market for a vehicle

My salesman treated me like a friend looking to purchase a vehicle, not some salesman only worried about selling me a car to meet his quota. The negotiations, I felt, were very respectful and we were able to come to an agreement without a prolonged deliberation. Kudos to the financing department who, after 3 or 4 days, called me to inform me they had found a better loan than what I agreed upon leaving the dealership. I've never heard of this happening! Thanks you all!!! P.S. I am thoroughly enjoying my new, bad-ass, truck!!!

Working with Rigo was not a challenge and I feel like I have a new friend.. Derek was great also at the closing of the sales and explanation of the car, then the final paperwork (forget his name only ment him once) was done easy and explained --PERFECT and meet the service team also..

Alfredo spoke with me on the phone, and helped me reset my oil change light, which has been on for months, despite me having changed the oil. Further, my battery died, and he took me within the hour!!!! Outstanding service!!

Speed, I had my own financing, already had negotiated the price for my vehicle and the staff allowed me to pull up my financing, insurance information, and income verification online. I was in and out in less than 2 hours, not too shabby!

I liked that there was no pressure, I was treated with respect and while I actually wasn't planning to buy a car that day, I fell in love with the Equinox after driving it, and made the decision to purchase. The entire experience was positive, I would have liked a lower monthly payment, but it is within my budget and I do no regret the decision. So far, I have been very pleased with the experience, the service department called to schedule the additional chosen services on the car, and I feel confident that the service experience will be positive as well.

He made sure I knew all the features the car had to offer and that all my questions were answered. I don't even know where to start! I am extremely happy with my experience at Maita chevrolet and would recommend Matt and Randy to people looking for a car. Those two were simply TERRIFIC and kept to their word unlike bait and switch sales persons out there. They were so nice and accommodating to the point of awe and willing to help the customer in every way. I am definitely keeping Maita as my #1 dealership of choice. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience in helping lease the car, and honestly speaking, those two deserve praise (Or a raise!) :)

Very helpful and love the service that been provided on my vehicle "outstanding" I had a battery I bought from Costco and don't have the tools to install it, and Firestone & many others want to charge me $75+ to install...I called Maita and ask for there price only "$25"!!! I'm like great, asked if I need a appointment and they said they are sold unable to fit me in today, I let the service consultant know "my truck will not start if I turn it off" and obviously I'm a women without knowledge or tools for my 2010 suburban.. He told "OK" come down we will figure something out. I get there in 15min and pulled up and let them know I called, and two service consultants came out and had they tools and took my battery out & put the new in like in less than 10 min. I was shocked, very pleased and greatful to them. I know they not the mechanics, I know they know what they are doing. But for some one to literally work on my truck in the driveway as a team got it handled...I'm forever obligated to bring my vehicles her and going to purchase a new truck from them. OUTSTANDING job never seen or heard anyone with customer service like that!!! They really need to be awarded!!
