#1 Lexus Dealership!!!

My car shopping experience was put at eased with Ray Huang, Digital Sales Manager, Longo Lexus, and it became a wonderful journey to find and buy my next car. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, kind and caring. Thus, a great listener on what my wants and needs are in order to stay in my budget and to have a positive effect on my future driving environment. During my visit to the dealership, Ray went above and beyond the call of duty...he answered all my questions and concerns. He also made sure I understood how to operate all of the car features on my RX 350 before and after the purchase. Before visiting Longo Lexus, I also checked out 9 other Lexus dealerships in Los Angeles County, Orange County and Riverside County. More than half of them showed very attractive prices in various online car buying websites (carguru, edmund, kbb, carsdirect, autotrader, iseecars, and cars.com, etc.). However, once I saw their quotes, there were many “dealer installed options”, such as $895 Theft Code, $895 PermaPlate, $495 Clear Shield, $400 VIN Etching, $995 Karr Guard Alarm, $1350 GPS tracking, etc. All these options would increase the original advertised prices by 8-15%. The quote from Longo Lexus, on the other hand, did not have any of these “dealer installed options”. If these options were so good, why didn’t Lexus install them at the beginning, when Lexus could get wholesale prices on all these equipment? Throughout my car buying process, Longo Lexus was 100% honest and transparent. I would highly recommend Longo Lexus, without hesitation or reserve, to assist anyone looking for their next vehicle. Ray, I cannot thank you enough for your much needed help in this process. May you continue to have happy customers and many referrals.

Not interested in sale

I inquired about a RX350. This guy, Sergio Orozco, never made any attempt to sell. He offered a MSRP price tag and asked me to come. He made a comment that he "assumed" I'd go to a LA dealer. Nowadays, any dealer that does not respond with a reasonable numbers through email is not recommended. Nobody want to go to a dealership not knowing what to expect and wasting hours dealing with multiple sale tactics.

Best car buying experience we have EVER had!

Our sales consultant, Sergio Orozco, provided us with the most impressive quality service throughout purchasing our new Lexus. In fact, it was so good we bought our first car from him in February, bought another in July, then sent our daughter to him in August for a third purchase. Sergio is honest in his dealings, possesses in-depth product knowledge, doesn’t pressure you and is very accommodating and patient. He went above and beyond the norm and helped us negotiate for the best deals possible. Sergio made what is usually a stressful process, a pleasant experience! We recently had the first service on our car and I was again impressed with Longo’s customer service and performance. Check in was handled efficiently, they communicated appropriately and kept to their time commitment. Their service lounge is first rate with great wifi, comfortable seating and free snacks. I definitely recommend to Longo Lexus to anyone and everyone!!

Best Lexus Dealer

If you're looking for a Lexus, this is the place to get one. The sales staff are friendly and efficient, the dealer has a huge inventory, and dealer is willing to make some awesome deals. Words cannot express how good of a buying experience I had with Linda. She works hard to get the best deal and tries to get you out the door as quickly as possible. She cares for her clients, very helpful in getting the car you want, responds promptly to inquires, and respects clients' time. After completing a few deals with her, I can say that I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Lexus. She is an excellent example of Lexus' legendary customer service.

Couldn't ask for a better buying experience with Leo S. Very efficient, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. Checked with a bunch of dealers, and he came closest in configuration and pricing to what I was looking for. Solid knowledge of market and inventory out there. Do yourself a favor and make sure you check with him as well if you're looking for a car!

Poor Sales Treatment

This dealers sales staff treated me poorly. The Sales person was first tried holding me in the sales room during price negotiations by keeping my trade-in car keys. I basically had to demand they return my keys so I could leave.

Internet sale: Leo S. Very nice sale person, great inventory. Leo went above and beyond to meet my demand on the last day of the year before the ad. is expired. We bought a new 2014 RX 350. Longo probably runs the finest Sales Service Dealership

I have owned three Toyota Landcruisers and two Lexus. The Sales Department and associated staff are the best I have ever met. I am not an easy person to please. Yet over the nine years in purchasing and servicing my vehicles the total group are the best trained people of any dealership I know about. You'll know I'm right on when you make your first appearance at Longo.

We worked with Victor Z., a guy who truly works hard to please you. He was very helpful and cooperative no matter what requests we made, and we made plenty while looking at different models and color options. We talked to another salesperson there that we felt was not very helpful and came back another day and got Victor Z. If you have a problem, ask for Mr. M. the boss at Longo Lexus, he will be incredibly helpful (when buying another car a few years ago, we had a problem and he resolved it immediately to our satisfaction).

Life Made Easy

After working with several dealers and a leasing agent, I finally got in contact with Yvette at Longo Lexus. She found my car and made the sale the easiest ever. I spoke with her in the afternoon, and by the evening I had my vehicle.

Unacceptable Attitude at Longo

I'm generally not the one to complain about much nor am I the type to post feedback (positive or negative) but my experience with Longo's service was so disappointing that I had to comment. We just purchased an LX 570 just two months ago at Longo (very positive experience) and the car just recently developed a musty smell. I assumed it had to do with the AC unit and I wanted the dealership to check out the problem since the LX is primarily used to shuttle our two young daughters (1 and 4 years old)...and it’s only 2 months old. I didn’t want them to breath in something that may be harmful. I made an appointment via their online system (very easy to use) and requested a loaner since I was driving from Torrance to El Monte (34 miles in LA traffic) out of loyalty based on my positive sales experience and a shuttle ride home was out of the question. When I arrived, I was told that I didn't request a loaner and one might not be available to me. I promptly showed my email confirmation clearly showing my request for a loaner. They were able to get me a loaner but it was an IS. So they wanted me to go from the largest Lexus to the smallest Lexus and try to fit all of the kid's car seats, strollers, and everything else that comes with having two kids into an IS. Their comment to me when I expressed that I would rather have an RX was that I should have requested a loaner!!! I again showed my email confirmation that contradicted that comment. While this was disappointing, I wasn't bent out of shape about this because mistakes happen and I can put up with computer issues. What sent me over the edge was Bob the Service Foreman. He was standing by the IS loaner when my request for an RX was being rejected. He promptly jumps into the conversation and says that I may not need a loaner because he sat in the car and he didn’t smell anything. I told him that the musty smell generally disappears on long drives, like the over one hour drive I made to come to HIS dealership over the 5 minute drive to South Bay Lexus. When making short trips around town (which is what the car is used for) the musty smell never goes away. His comment was that unless I can reproduce the smell at that moment, there’s nothing he can do since he doesn’t know what to look at. His attitude to my situation was completely unacceptable. This is not the attitude I would expect from a Lexus dealership let alone any dealership where they respect the issues of the customer. His position was that HIS 1 minute in my car was representative of MY countless hours in MY car. He was basically accusing me of lying since the smell was not in the car in that exact moment he sat in there. He kept questioning me about what the smell was as if “musty” and “old dish rag” were not good enough. He suggested that the smell may be coming from the outside or maybe the odors in the carpeting. THE CAR IS 2 MONTHS OLD! It has 2,600 miles on it. I installed custom WeatherTech floor mats in the front and back. The car is spotless. I suggested he google my issue since somehow I am the first one to bring this problem to his dealership. If you google “musty smell in Lexus” you get 128,000 search results! If you narrow it down to “musty smell in Lexus LX” you get 17,500 search results! I cannot be the only person to ever bring this issue to Longo. There are too many people talking about it on the internet. They only sell about 4,000 LX’s per year. That’s a lot of postings on such a small volume car. (yes, I am in the car industry) Longo is the largest dealership in the country. The fact that Bob the service foreman acted as if this was the first time he was hearing about this issue and treated me as if I was lying about the smell is absolutely unacceptable. I ended up not leaving my car with Longo. How can I leave my car in the care of someone that doesn’t believe there’s a problem with my car and doesn’t show any interest in trying to identify and resolve the issue. And yes, the smell came back that evening when we drove to Costco. The entire day was a waste of my time. That’s a day off of work that I could have spent with my two kids.

Very Classy, Easy to deal with

Great inventory,very nice sales people (I dealt with Yvette). I honestly wanted to purchase from this dealer, but for some odd reason they have a policy of not selling to out of state customers unless its an all cash deal. When I purchased the vehicle at South Bay Lexus, the folks at Longo were very gracious and sincerely congratulated me and conveyed their best wishes. Very Classy!

Just give Longo Lexus one chance...

I used to be reluctant to change cars, mostly because of the car dealer experience hassle... until two days ago. A friend recommended me Longo Lexus and I decded to pay them a visit, even thought they are located 40 miles from where I live (Torrance). It was totally worh it. I dealt with the first sales representative that approached me (Felix Giles). He was very professional, knowledgeable and human. He gave me an excellent deal leasing a RX 350. I left Longo Lexus driving my new car after I spent 2.5 hours there, including car color and features selection (huge inventory), test drive, price dealing, financing and complete explanation by Felix of all of the car features (which are not few!). Longo also provides additional and very unusual customer care service as a standard. I'm very happy with the car and the deal I got. Yes, a car dealer makes a world of a difference. Thank you Longo, thank you Felix.

easy deal

I have leased 2 cars from Longo Lexus and intend to lease my 3rd there. You can do everything on line - from getting an honest quote to filling out a credit app. I have been in and out of there 2x in less than 45 minutes. They take you to the subterranian garage and you can pick whatever car you want and there are a lot to choose from. The longest part is explaining how to operate your car. I have used Jim Brown on both occasions. He is the only one youe deal with - no finance guy, no sales manager , no add on insurance game - it's easy.

The best in the business

I deal exclusively with Longo Lexus's internet department. Tony Tsou is straightforward and direct. Rather than beat around the bush, he offers extremely attractive prices and terms from the start, eliminating the need to drag out a negotiation. Their inventory is huge; you are practically guaranteed to find the exact vehicle of your choice. Their service department facilities are in a class of their own.

Be Careful!

I brought in my RX300 30K service; I intentionlly marked my two front tires to see if they rotate. After the service was completed, the paper work show the tires was rotated. I verified the two front tires and it was done. Be Careful

Buying a Lexus Can't Be Any Easier Than With Long Lexus!

Of all the car purchases I've experienced, Long Lexus is the quickest yet at 45 minutes! Yes, that includes test driving the vehicle and going through financing. I didn't even have my checkbook on me! I've always had my eyes on an RX and one day, I decided to go in just to take a look. 45 minutes later, I drove out with one! Not to mention the sales staff was friendly, not pushy and they took $7k off the MSRP because I almost walked out on them telling them the car with the desired options was too expensive. Longo is definitely in the game of keeping customers. Their lobby was excellent - free drinks, snacks and internet! Like I mentioned, I didn't have my checkbook on me and they were fine with it! We completed the sales process and all I had to do was mail in my down payment the next day - they provided me with a pre-paid and labeled FedEx envelope. Couldn't be any easier! Lastly, their inventory was HUGE. I think I had AT LEAST 25 RX models with different options to choose from!

Very Accommodating

I take in my RX for servicing regularly. There's always a long wait and so sometimes I don't stay at the dealership for the car to be serviced - I just get a loaner vehicle and come back the next day to pick up my car. Excellent service. Clean and luxurious waiting area - free soda, coffee, pastries, snacks and internet. Nice showroom and you can test drive vehicles for fun while you wait. Loaner vehicle service also good - you get to pick what kind of car you want to borrow (provided that it's available). So far I've loaned every model except for the GS (they're always out of it) :-)
