Horrible service department

We took our Accord in for an inspection service and oil change. Even though our inspection sheet listed that everything was fine with the car, we had two high-beam headlight bulbs that were burned out. Tend to break things....

Pros:

Will honor and let you know what they broke, and then fix it.

Cons:

They break stuff too often.

They tend to require multiple visits for a problem because either they break something else while fixing your problem or they simply never carry any parts in stock.
