Ken T. handled my email inquiries. His emails were only borderline literate. But he wrote several times that a used Cadillac CTS in their stock had a particular feature I was looking for (fold-down split rear seat.) It took several explicit email inquiries to get an understandable answer from him, which was finally "yes." I live 190 miles away, and I passed up opportunities to buy my car closer to home because of his assurances about that feature. When I phoned him to schedule an appointment to see it, I asked one last time about that feature. His reply was, "Oh yeah, I know that's important to you. Let me go look at the car." (!!) His reply the next day was finally, no. Based on my experience, and the one described in a previous review, no one should even consider trying to do telephone or internet inquiries with this dealership.
