I was referred to this dealer and when I called and spoke to Daniel he said he was busy and would call me in an hour. 3 days later I did an online application(Daniel never called me back). 2 days later I just went in and purchased the car. The next day someone called me about my application. They sure make you beg to spend your money. Salesman (Mike) was a jewel but the finance guy was not the most welcoming person I've ever dealt with. They asked for a copy of my insurance but were so greedy to close the deal they had the nerve to tell me I could not go home and get it until I signed the contract!!If I did not have challenged credit I would have took my money elsewhere!! Then they have me sign a contract to tell me I can't change my mind but my car is still being advertised as available online..wow!! I even had a trade in but did not want to deal with them any longer than necessary so I kept my car and sold it outside this deal. I left happy about my new car but very offended about how I was treated..... What they don't know is that I am a local gal and honestly could have sent them a dozen serious buyers just by word of mouth...I may still send them to Dixon cause Dennis was cool when he finally called me.
