Fast, efficient service in the internet dept.
Cons:
Watch out for the F&I manager

I bought a 2008 Pontiac G8 GT and had a good experience through the internet department. But watch out -- I think the conventional route can be trouble. My sales person said "they won't take no for an answer" in the F&I room. You can ask for Reza Laleh and get a good deal and fair treatment.

Hooman is evidently moving and "unavailable for service"

We really like our Buick Enclave
Cons:
Their follow-up service is "typical dealer", in other words terrible.

Called to schedule a Hoomanizing Solar Protection for our Enclave. Told they are moving and don't have one available, will be about 8-9 months before they are up and running.  "They will call us when they are set up".  This dealer took $2000 from us for a 5 year service, then cut the service they...

I have a 2001 Yukon. I have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle, starting with the

service engine light in Oct. 2007. On Oct. 24, 2007 I took my truck to the GMC dealer in Culver

City,  which advised replacement of the vent valve, the evap hose, and replace the fuse block.
