After a horrible experience at Honda in Sept 2013, my wife and I were very reluctant to go through the buying process again. After some research, we decided on the Subaru Impreza would best meet out need. Got quotes from 4 Subaru dealers and decided to go with Serramonte Subaru since it's the closest to our home. Set up my appointment at 1 pm and was greeted by Aaron. I did not expect much after what we went through. Aaron was great at explaining the cars and options that comes with it. He literally was listening to what we want. Unlike some other dealer. We test drove the Impreza, and loves it. When we were ready to make the deal, my wife saw the Legacy 3.6 R Limited and caught her attention. Aaron was more than happy to let us test drive the Legacy. I have my eye on the Outback. Now, we were undecided between 3 different Subaru cars. Aaron spent a few hours on informing us the difference between the 3 cars. After test driving the Legacy, it was decided that my wife wants the Legacy instead of the Impreza. Peter at Finance was very helpful at explaining all the different options available to us. We decided to get the Maintenance and the Extended warranty package. After we signed the paper, Aaron even drove the car to our home for us. Overall, time well spent and no pressure selling. This was a much better than any car buying experience I've had in the past. Thanks to people like Aaron, I will definitely recommend my friends and will be back when it is time for our next car. I have the Outback and the Forester on my shopping list.
