Alfred Liu is flat out the best customer service professional I've ever worked with... in any business. He always goes above and beyond. He's a straight-shooter, who never tries to snow me over, and is always fair (or more than fair) and honest. Furthermore, in recogntion of our loyalty over the years, he has frequently waived charges (or offered substantial discounts) on the few repairs our Lexus vehicles have ever required. It's almost as if he's taken personal responsibility for extending our warranties (absorbing at least half the cost on more than one occassion)! When I asked a question of another service attendent following my most recent service (Alfred had left for the night when I arrived to pick up my car), the other attendent offered to keep my car and give me the loaner back (for free, of course), just so he could make sure everything was OK (which it was). When I told him I needed to take my car home that night, he offered to have another loaner driven to my home or office, to exchange and reinspect, the next day... amazing!
