When we bought a ES330 (new) from Lexus of Serramonte I felt we were treated royally. The initial price offered was a very generous one, and at the time of closure, another few bucks were knocked off. We went back this year to get the latest - newest ES350. Same-O. On our initial visit we saw a poster with a price. At first I thought that it was for a new 2012 ES330. Nope, it was for a brand new ES350. We chatted a little with the amiable Sales Rep and were shown the color combinations, decor, bells and whistles.................. We had some loose ends to attend to before purchasing the car and made and appointment for the following week-end. A few days ago, we met the rep and spent 3 hours at the dealership finalizing our purchase. The are sticklers for getting all of the details taken care of. There is no game playing with the price (I've been buying cars for over 50 years). You are treated well and made as comfortable as they can make it. If you like to hassle the salespeople, impress them with you extended knowledge of what you believe is a fair profit and squeeze out another nickel when they say that's the best offer and feel that since you are the "customer" you should be King-of-the mountain, then you've come to the wrong dealership. But, if you wanted to upgrade from a Toyota Camry and want to experience the joy of bringing home a Lexus give them a call and make an appointment. We did.
