My brand new Kia Warranty issue

The window molding and the window frame covering at the top of each of the front windows was damaged when I purchased my Kia Soul. I was not happy that I was the one who noticed this, but I am not reviewing the sales department. The service department was very easy to deal with. The job was completed meticulously well. I asked my Service Writer how much time Kia provided the Technician for this warranty job. Kia paid 1 hour for each window, which is just plain wrong. The Technician spent 6 hours on my car. I am very impressed with the entire Service Department at Kia of Santa Cruz, and truly hope that the people who work on my Kia in the future do not have to lose money in the future due to Kia's poor flat rate allotment for warranty work. I know this is an industry issue, but Kia has not won my heart in this area.
