Bait and switch parts experience

After a trip to get gas, I drove off without replacing my gas, aargh! Called up Beverly Hills Porsche Audi. First the service department is NOT at the sales store, they could have told me that but didn't. Arriving at the parts window, I requested the gas cap and was charged double ($18) what I was quoted ($9). Gee, are they so hard up that they need to mislead customers over the phone?
