I've never met such an arrogant salesperson in my life. I went to this dealership based on these reviews on Edmunds and location. Not only was Glen Fagin not helpful, he was [non-permissible content removed]. I spoke with him on the phone and he seemed as helpful as can be. He knew the car, he gave me a good price and seemed as nice as could be. When my wife and I got to the dealership it was is we never spoke. It seemed like he had scripted emails and conversations. I arrived there with my wife and child at our scheduled appointment time. Glen was out too lunch for another 30 minutes. The receptionist called him, but we waited still 30 minutes. When he arrived, he simply said "Thanks for coming in." Really? You couldn't acknowledge that you were 30 minutes late? Ok, fine. We went to his desk and he presented us with the "Deal Structure" showing the price quote he had originally given me the day before. When we were ready finish up, he said the car wasn't there and he had to get it from another dealer. He was just merely showing us what the car had on it if he could get it from another dealer? Really Glen? I basically ordered vanilla ice cream! A Black Cayenne with navigation. How hard can that be to find. Also, why did you tell me you had it when you didn't? Why should I pay more for a car you have in stock rather than the car you promised me? Typical Sales Games! Worst Experience I've ever had buying anything. Not recommended unless you enjoy getting lied to and cheated.
