Great Experience Leasing a Mercedes Benz - Thanks to David Chao and Jorge

When I walked into the Mercedes Benz dealership, I was really impressed with how professional and helpful everyone was. David Chao especially made a big difference. He wasn’t just trying to sell me any car; he listened to what I wanted and quickly found the perfect car for me. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. David also spent a lot of time showing me how everything in the car worked. He knew all about the car’s features and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he wanted to make sure I’d enjoy driving my new car. Jorge was great, too. He made the leasing process easy. Usually, leasing a car involves a lot of paperwork and can be pretty confusing, but Jorge explained everything clearly and took care of all the details. This made the whole process smooth and stress-free. In the end, getting my new car was a fantastic experience thanks to David and Jorge. Their knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. I felt like they cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable with my new car. Thanks to them, I felt welcomed into the Mercedes Benz family and left the dealership excited to drive my new car. Big thanks to David and Jorge for such a memorable experience.

Salesman Made the Difference

Cooper was our salesperson. His knowledge and efficiency made the (normally) trying ordeal of car buying as close to a joy as possible. Once he spoke with us (to find out what we wanted) he explored multiple options to locate the car we ultimately purchased. The entire process took about 90 mins and we are thrilled with the car. Cooper's expertise, professionalism and product knowledge were very much appreciated.

dishonest, disrespectful lying staff and management

I was trying to lease 2020 GT, was contacted by sales man named Vikram Giroh, He provided me lease numbers (1055+tax with 5k down) and asked me to run my credit. After conversation back and forth with him and me asking him to make sure numbers that he gave me are correct (because other dealership around were $500 more on monthly payments on the identical cars they had in stock) he assured me that lease numbers are correct and insisted on running my credit. After I did that he contacted me saying he made a mistake and numbers were anywhere near 1055+tax, but at $1450+tax. My credit had nothing to do with it. He said he simply made a mistake even thought i asked him to make sure that originally provided numbers of (1055+tax) are correct. He said he would work with manager to bring lease numbers down for us to make a deal, but he never got back to me. I was calling him and texting him, but he would not respond, and when he responded he was very disrespectful saying he's busy as he selling over "30" cars a month and he just made a mistake (AGAIN after I asked him to make sure about the numbers before running my credit app)... and wait until his manager calls me. No one called until I contacted dealership myself and asked for General Manager to call me back. Sales manager contacted me, and said same thing. Vikram made a mistake... sorry... They would not honor the deal. It cost me to have a "hard inquiry" on my credit without buying a car. Very disrespectful and dishonest staff. They have statement on the website saying ..... However i did not get any respect, but only LIES... there was no dignity or honor in the face of the sale staff nor managers. And as far as memorable and lasting experience, that is most HORRIBLE experience customer can ever have

Horrible experience

I have been a regular customer of Autobahn and have doen all my services and come to them durign any other issues with my car. My recent experience with them has been awful. I called in regarding a issue and they told me I dont need an appointment and can walk in. I drove for 30 mins there and was told I need an appointment. They did not honor that appointment and moved it furhter by 1 week inspite of me telling them what really happened. I dont think they care about their customers or even value their time. I don't think they are serious about their business after the remodel.

I have purchased several cars in my time, I must say this dealer is by far the bad of bad, they will not stand behind the product, will lie to you and have no issue with telling you they will not help fix something that was clearly bad on the car from the beginning.

Overall my experience was good. My service tech discussed my options very well and made sure to check if I had any questions. The work appears to be of good quality. The only thing that I was upset with was with the operator in the service department in scheduling my appointment. See spoke too fast and was not listening to my needs.

It was great experience. This dealership was recommended through Costco and process was quick. They were really friendly and provided quote without issues. I had option to select the car were they explained every option. It was pleasant experience. I did received multiple emails and calls from them to check if everything is ok. For me this is good (it always better to over communicate ).
