Clean, friendly atmosphere. A feeling that the Staff will make the customer happy.

Cons:

None at all!

I went to North Bakersfield Toyota Scion of Bakersfield California with my Wife after we had gone to the "other Toyota dealer in Bakersfield"  where we were treated with rudeness and discourtesy. Their showroom was less than clean and the Staff treated us as though they were doing us a favor.
