Kenny at Motor City of Bakersfield is amazing! He over delivered in my expectations and provided one of the best car buying experiences I ever had! I reached out to Motor City Bakersfield because I knew they were one of a few dealerships that sells Lexus' at MSRP currently. Kenny picked up the phone and was straight forward with me at the very beginning. I understood that there is a wait time due to supply chain issues and was already waiting at another dealership for an allocation. He was very clear at setting the expectation for the vehicle and provided me with all the info I needed. I told him exactly what I was looking for. He was very responsive to all my questions. I placed a deposit with Kenny and by the weekend Kenny had found a car at another dealership matching what I was looking for. I didn't expect to get the car right away and thought I had to wait for an allocation. I was not able to make it into the dealership as I live in the Bay Area so Kenny was able to deliver the car to me and arrange the paperwork to be done by overnight mail. Maricela was great at going over all of the options with me and answered all of my questions with financing. The car was delivered to me this morning by another friendly person from the dealership. I was impressed that Kenny was able to get the car I wanted in 2.5 weeks and treated me like a valued customer. Compared to the other dealership I was working with who treated me like another number and didn't really care about making things happen. If you need a Lexus I recommend Motor City Lexus and Kenny because they will make things happen! It doesn't matter where you live, they will make sure you get the car you want! I plan to work with Motor City Lexus for all my future car buying needs!

Dustin Kryger is the best service advisor I have had at Motor City Lexus in Bakersfield CA. He is knowledgeable and saw the service through from beginning to end and followed up with a call a couple days later to make sure everything is going great with the service preformed. Issa was my sales contact at Motor City Lexus of Bakersfield. From the time that he first contacted me after seeing my online inquiry to the point in time I purchased the vehicle, the experience with both Issa and the dealership was nothing short of excellent! There was no haggling, no upselling and everything was entirely transparent from the get-go. Due to this, I travelled from Irvine, CA to Bakersfield (~135 miles, ~3 - 4 hr drive depending on traffic) to purchase the vehicle. From the get-go, Issa was patient, courteous, prompt, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you Issa for all the great support! Regardless of the distance, I will definitely shop here again for my next vehicle as well!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Motorsports Lexus in Bakersfield using their online service. After negotiating the transaction and paying cash for the vehicle, I made arrangements to fly to Bakersfield the following week from a neighboring state, pick up the vehicle and drive it home. Not until arriving in Bakersfield the following Tuesday did the dealership inform me the vehicle had incurred some minor damaged to the rear right quarter panel while on the lot the prior weekend. While the dealership did its best to repair the damage while I was there on Tuesday, they were unable to repair the area to like-new condition. Given I had obligations to get home for meetings the following morning and had flown one-way to Bakersfield, I agreed to take possession of the vehicle with a handshake agreement we’d come to terms on financial compensation to address the fact the vehicle was damaged while still in possession of the dealership and they had failed fo bring such damage to my attention until I had already traveled to Bakersfield. About a week after picking up the vehicle, the dealership informed me they were not going to provide any form of financial compensation. While Motor City Lexus talks a lot about integrity being job #1, my experience demonstrated their incentives are focused on maximizing near term profitability.

Outstanding experience! I had been looking for a used GX460 in a specific color combination, recently several have come up. This dealer was 220 miles from me, yet had 2, 1 year apart. They took the time to provide detail options on both vehicles, worked on my trade in with a written car appraisal only, we did financing and worked out all details ahead of time. When I arrived the vehicle was perfect, the service over the top, everyrhing was better than expected and I was on my way home in 1 1/2 hours with my new car. The difference for me was care, Chris walked me through every step, I will recommend and encourage anyone I know looking for a vehicle to head to Lexus in Bakersfield. Thank you Chris and Damian!
