Negotiated the price via email and text and was able to take delivery in record time...from an extremely respectful group of people at Goudy. My thanks to Goudy for the smooth transaction, professionalism, and for addressing my previous issues.
Original Review - Negotiated from morning to evening with the internet sales manager, who turned out to be a bait and switch artist. I was attempting to get a 2012 Civic CNG, which he said that he did not have initially, but he offered a fair price on a 2013 base model. Then he later said that he did not have a base model, so he offered the same vehicle with a navigation unit for $1k more. Then his boss called me, and as we started to discuss the deal I asked him directly, "this is a 2013, right?" His response, no, this is a 2012. OK, so I have been misled into believing that I am negotiating on a 2013 and now you tell me that this is the price for the 2012? Are you serious? I have the entire email trail to prove it. Either complete stupidity or unbelievably unethical conduct on the part of Goudy Honda. I would be very skeptical about anything that they offer
