I want to lease 2012 CTS coupe for 36mos, 10k mi., with ONLY $1500 out of pocket total and tax rolled on to my paymtns (which I think is about $3000, since I live in Texas) Tell me what are my monthly payments should be?? Also what about 39mos Lease, what would I pay monthly???

Are those June or July? I just left the dealer and they offered me. 45% residual, $2400 down for upfronts, $599 /mo for 36 mo. 1500 mi. Sound like a decent deal? By the way it is luxury w/ nav. I'm supposed to sign tomorrow but I'm questioning whether it's a good deal or not. Thanks

I just leased a 2011 SRX Lux FWD, 39 months, 10k mi yr. for $359 month total including tax. No money out of pocket, using all GM incentives. Lowest lease price I've ever paid on a GM vehicle in this price range. Salesman said he's never seen so many incentives used coming from one person.

Hello Car_man, do you know what is the MF and Residual for 36 month 12k mi CTS-V Sedan and Wagon and also CTS Sedan and Wagon in California? Also what is the incentive on these cars? I just got a mail from GM that they top out our GM card rebate to 3000 that I have until 1/31 to use the rebate...
